PHOTOGRAPHS STILL OWNED BY PMAA
One of our parents, Kim M., was able to reach Timothy Leung, the professional photographer this afternoon and spoke with him live. He severed his contract with PMAA 3 weeks ago because of PMAA's flaky behavior. Timothy said that all of the images of all of the kids are at PMAA and he has been trying for a week or so to get in touch with them and they haven't returned messages or answered the phone. Timothy DOES NOT HAVE ANY DIGITAL IMAGES OF OUR CHILDREN. So that means PMAA does and they can use them if they choose to or sell them. I think we need a game plan to figure out how to get those images back. The last think we want is our child's face on a porn picture. If any one has good contact info for Anna in Photography, we should try to pursue. We also need to make sure that Law Enforcement knows that we want those images.

I received photos from Anna in the Photo dept about two weeks ago. At that time the phone number was
(408)464-7144.
I procrastinated returning calls about the photos so finally spoke with the Photography Director in person. Her name is Maggie Lau, her direct line at that time (about 1 month ago) was (408)-596-1280. Interestingly, she sent me a credit card receipt to sign and mail back to her after I gave her my info over the phone to pay for the photos. For once my procrastination paid off because I did not sign it/send it. I believe I was charged for the photos anyway, but now am wondering if they were collecting signatures for other reasons.??!! I did receive my photos.
I jut got off the phone with my credit card company. I will be disputing a portion of the cost of the 2.0 track as my child did get 3 classes and the photo shoot. We paid for and received the zed cards and headshots so don't feel that I should dispute this portion. It does concern me about them being "with" PMAA as I thought that they were my property and not theirs. I would also like to know that they won't be being used anywhere.
I received a cd with my photos - I called the 408-464-7144 number and got a message machine. I also called and spoke to my credit card company and mailed a dispute to them - they need copies of contract and supporting documentation.

I think that we could very well get the FBI involved on the angle of them having pictures of our kids. I will contact and think that others should too.
I'm a parent that was recently approached by a "talent agency" because my son is someone that they feel they could get work. What a shock to find this site!
